The developers incorporated under the laws of the State
of New Jersey, a not-for-profit corporation known and
designated as Whitesville Meadows West Homeowners
Association, Inc., P.O. Box 4802, Toms River, NJ
08754-4802.
This entity is delegated and assigned the power and
authority to maintain and administer the Common
Property, and to enforce the Covenants and Restrictions
governing the Common Property, and to collect and
disburse all assessments and charges necessary for such
maintenance, administration, and enforcement

Profile
The Association has 11 volunteer
board members consisting of five trustees and six
officers. Each trustee serves a three-year staggering
term so that no more than two each year is elected. The
officers consist of a president vice-president,
treasurer, assistant treasurer, secretary, and assistant
secretary. Each of the officer’s positions becomes
available at the annual meeting, which is usually held
in March. This annual meeting is also designed to
provide a forum for membership to become involved as
well as an
opportunity for the Board to report its activities. In
addition, the board typically meets during the months of
August, November, and February to conduct Association
business.
This web site is a direct result
of the board’s effort to communicate information to its
membership as well as for membership to communicate to
the board. It is also work in progress and will be
